Thief Character Tests
Film Setting and Overview
Location: A bank in London
Time period: 1960? - 1980?
Characters: Thief (Main Character), Taxi Driver (Secondary Character)
Character Overviews
Thief - sophisticated, smart, professional, serious.
Taxi Driver - grumpy, rude, sarcastic?
Plot Outline
A professional thief decides he needs some money and goes for a bank robbery. He starts off very proffesional and flawless, with right timing and skill. But then something goes wrong, and it becomes a chain reaction of failures. In desperation the thief starts panicking as the alarms go off, and grabs a few pounds as he tries to flee the crime scene. There are already sirens about and he knows that the police is going to be here any minute. With no time to waste he spots a taxi. He gets in and tells the driver to get him out of there. The driver turns around and asks for some money before he drives him anywhere. And all the cash the thief has, is a few quid he grabbed on his way out of the bank.
